Import sourcing
We find the supplier, check they are real, and negotiate on your behalf.
Import sourcing means Nooryva finds and vets suppliers on your behalf, anywhere in the world, then negotiates price and terms for you. You tell us what you need and roughly what you want to pay. We come back with a supplier, a specification, and an itemised quote.
What it covers
- Identifying suppliers in the origin market for your commodity and specification
- Verifying that a supplier is registered, trading and able to fulfil the volume
- Negotiating unit price, payment terms and Incoterms on your behalf
- Arranging pre-shipment inspection against your specification
- Sample sourcing before you commit to a full order
- Handing straight into freight booking and customs clearance
How it works
-
Tell us what you need
The commodity, the quantity, the origin if you know it, and where it has to arrive. A rough idea is enough to start.
-
We source and price it
We find and vet the supplier, negotiate the terms, and come back with a route and an itemised quote.
-
We book and clear it
Freight booked by air, sea or land. Documentation prepared, tariffs and permits handled, customs cleared.
-
We deliver it
To the address you gave us. You are told where the shipment is at each stage, by a person, not a portal.
Tell us what you need moved.
Send us the commodity, the route and the volume. We come back with a route and a quote, itemised before you commit to anything.
What you receive
- A named supplier with verified registration details
- A written specification both sides have agreed
- An itemised quote separating goods, freight, duty and handling
- An inspection report before the goods leave origin

Questions
Do you have a minimum order size?
No. We source single items and full container loads on the same terms. Smaller orders sometimes cost more per unit because freight does not scale down, and we will show you that in the quote rather than hide it.
How do you check a supplier is genuine?
We verify company registration in the origin market, confirm the trading history, request references where the order size justifies it, and arrange a physical inspection before shipment. For a first order with a new supplier we will usually recommend a sample shipment.
Can you source something if I only have a photograph?
Often, yes. A photograph, a part number, a brand name or a written description is usually enough to start. We will tell you quickly if it is not, rather than spending your time on it.
Who holds the contract with the supplier?
That depends on how you want it structured, and we will agree it before anything is ordered. We can buy on our own account and sell to you, or negotiate on your behalf so the contract is directly between you and the supplier.
