Questions
What is the most common reason an export shipment is delayed?
An error on the document set, usually a mismatch between the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading. Getting those three to agree exactly is most of the work, and it is why we check them before the goods move rather than after.
Can you handle a letter of credit?
We prepare the document set to match the terms of the credit, which is where most discrepancies arise. The banking relationship stays between you and your bank.
Do you collect from our warehouse?
Yes. We coordinate collection, or we can work from a nominated loading point if that suits you better.
