Bespoke sourcing
The things that do not fit anybody's category list.
Bespoke sourcing means Nooryva finds goods that fall outside our usual commodity categories: a discontinued part, an unusual grade, a material nobody local stocks. You describe what you need and we tell you honestly whether we can get it, roughly what it will cost, and how long it will take.
What it covers
- Single items and one-off orders
- Discontinued and hard to find parts
- Materials and grades outside standard specifications
- Sourcing from a photograph, a sample or a written description
- Small trial orders before a larger commitment
- Recurring small orders that larger houses decline
How it works
-
Tell us what you need
The commodity, the quantity, the origin if you know it, and where it has to arrive. A rough idea is enough to start.
-
We source and price it
We find and vet the supplier, negotiate the terms, and come back with a route and an itemised quote.
-
We book and clear it
Freight booked by air, sea or land. Documentation prepared, tariffs and permits handled, customs cleared.
-
We deliver it
To the address you gave us. You are told where the shipment is at each stage, by a person, not a portal.
Tell us what you need moved.
Send us the commodity, the route and the volume. We come back with a route and a quote, itemised before you commit to anything.
What you receive
- A straight answer on whether it can be found
- An indicative cost and timeline before any work begins
- Photographs or samples for confirmation before purchase where possible
- The same handling as any other shipment once it is found
Questions
Is any order too small?
No. Small orders cost more per unit because freight and paperwork do not scale down, and we show you that in the quote. But we do not decline an order for being small. That is the reason this business exists.
What if you cannot find it?
We tell you, quickly, and you owe us nothing. We would rather say no in a week than spend three months on something that was never going to work.
How long does bespoke sourcing take?
It varies more than any other service. Something available from a known market can move as fast as a standard order. Something genuinely rare can take months. We give you an estimate before starting and update it if it changes.
